In alpha · Opening early 2027

Everyone's day, in one place.

For a family, a business or a church: each person's day in front of them, and one place to talk.

Most households and small teams run on group texts, sticky notes and a calendar nobody keeps up. Daycon puts each person's day in front of them every morning, gives the group one place to talk, and keeps it all on a private server of its own, never in a shared app.

A look inside

AlphaBeing tested every day

Daycon is in alpha. I use it every day myself, on my phone and my computer, and it's on track to open at the start of 2027. This is a made-up family's Saturday.

The problem

Life runs on group texts

  • 01Plans live in a dozen text threads, and nobody can find what was decided.
  • 02The calendar, the lists and the notes are separate apps that don't talk to each other.
  • 03One person carries the whole picture in their head, and everyone else asks them.

The idea

Your day, and the spaces you share

How it works

Say it once. It lands where it belongs.

  1. Say it or type it, on your phoneA line in the log, something for the calendar, or a message to the group. Phone, tablet or computer.
  2. Daycon files it and confirms itIt goes to the right day and the right people, with a receipt, so nothing gets lost.
  3. Every morning, your day is waitingWhat's yours today, what's waiting on you, and what's coming this week. Ask it anything about your own records, in plain words.
Family member · 4:10Practice moved to 6:30 tomorrow.
Daycon · 4:10Got it. It's on the family calendar and on tomorrow's Today for everyone.

What makes it different

Built the way we'd want it for ourselves

  • A private server of your ownNever a shared app. Each family, business or church gets its own.
  • Hosted, or in your buildingPilocon runs it for you, or sets up a device you own on your premises.
  • Plain files underneathEverything it keeps is readable text. Take it all with you any time.
  • Personal stays personalA shared space sees only what's shared. Private notes never flow to it.
  • Backed up every nightEncrypted on your server before it leaves.
  • An AI with limitsIt reads, files and drafts. It never deletes, spends or sends anything in your name.

Where it stands

I go first

Where it came from

Same way of working, a wider table

I've run my own life this way: one folder of plain notes, an AI assistant that reads them, and a page each morning with the day in front of me. That practice is the Disciple's Compass, and it stays exactly what it is: a way of following Christ. A notebook is still enough for it.

Daycon takes the same way of working and builds it for a household, a team or a staff.

Does your week run on group texts? Daycon's first testers start in December: a few families and small teams. If you'd like to be one of them, or just hear when it opens, write to me and tell me what your week looks like. I read every one.
